Fitness Professional
An interested in anatomy and physiology and A-level Biology led
me to study Dance Science as part of my BA(Hons) degree at Laban, and
write my dissertation on The Female Athlete Triad. Finding fitness and
dance so complimentary to each other, in addition to my qualifications
in dance I have trained also as a fitness instructor. I am enthusiastic
to motivate others to reach their goals, believing that fitness is
vital component to health and well being for everyone. A good
fitness level is also vital for dancers to facilitate an efficient use
of the body and reach full physical potential.
