I am a STOTT PILATES trained instructor and have been practicing Pilates for over 8 years. I have also completed the STOTT Pilates Pre-Natal and Post-Natal training workshops. STOTT Pilates is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method developed by Ballet dancer Moira Stott along with a team of physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals. The STOTT PILATES method of exercise includes modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation, making it one of the safest and effective methods available.
